Aberystwyth Town are inviting fans of the mid-Wales side to buy shares in a new scheme which is aimed at raising money to replace and improve the social club.
Aber Managing Director Tony Bates said: "Although we shortly expect a satisfactory conclusion to the insurance claim that has been made in respect of the damage to the club, such insurance monies will only allow the reinstatement of the existing premises.

"Due to the construction of the existing premises that is not possible and it is therefore proposed to demolish the existing premises and start again with a new building and foundations which will accommodate seating at first floor level.
"We are seeking to raise not less than £125,000 from private investment and I hope that supporters will be prepared to invest in this new venture," added Bates.
