Appeals Successful for WPL Teams

Rhyl, Bangor City and Haverfordwest County have all been successful in respective appeals to the FAW to be granted club licences allowing them to compete in UEFA competitions next season.


The licence is a requirement for any team who wishes to enter European competition, Rhyl having qualified for next season's Uefa Cup and Bangor for the Intertoto.


Chapions TNS and Welsh Cup winners Carmarthen were already licenced earlier this season along with Welshpool Town, Caersws and Aberystwyth Town and Carmarthen Town were already licenced.
