The draws will take place at UEFA's headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland which could include Holders Liverpool depending on where UEFA can incorporate them into the competition after they failed to qualify for the tournament in their domestic league.
The draw for the third and final qualifying round take place in Monaco on July 29 which will see big names Manchester United, Ajax and Inter Milan all enter the competition.
Those winners of the two-legged affair will join the 16 automatic qualifiers in the group stage, which are expected to start on 13/14 September and conclude on 06/07 December.
A place at the Stade de France, on May 17, will be every team's aim, while some sides will find themselves dropping into the UEFA Cup, with the final of that competiton due to take place on May 10.
The first qualifying round draw for the UEFA Cup will also be held on June 24 with the matches kicking off on 14 July.
Wales are represented by Welsh Premier League champions Total Network Solutions while Carmarthen Town, Rhyl and Bangor take up places in the UEFA Cup.
