Welsh Premier League side Llanelli have appointed a former Spanish footballer and coach as their first director of football as The Jesco Group becoming the new majority shareholder at
Jesco, an international company, have pledged that Robert Jones will remain club chairman with Nicky Tucker remaining as first-team coach.
Jones said, "I believe this is the first time that an international company has taken an interest and purchased a major shareholding in a Welsh Premier club.
"We are looking forward to working with our three new directors who bring a high degree of professionalism to all aspects of the club.
"We hope that developments will help us to challenge for honours at the end of the coming season."
