Businessman Andy Smith on Wrexham Takeover

Wrexham Online's Charles Williams, reports that Andy Smith, the Surrey businessman in talks with current Wrexham owner Alex Hamilton, is to purchase the club within 21 days, with Smith signing an exclusivity deal for the purchase.
