Ferguson Cleared of Referee Abuse

Darren Ferguson today appeared in front of an FAW Disciplinary Panel to answer a charge of rising from Wrexham's visit to Hull City in February.

It was alleged that Ferguson, son of Sir Alex Ferguson, used foul and abusive language to a match official before the game at the KC Stadium.

After consideration the case was unproven and subsequently dismissed.
