Giles Attacks Cardiff Board

Former Cardiff and Wales striker David Giles has launched an attack at the Championship club for booting millionaire local businessman Michael Isaac from the board.

Isaac, a property developer, was known to be unhappy at not being consulted on key issues, and claimed he was considering his future with the club.

"Surely it's in Cardiff's best interests to keep people like Isaac involved, he's a local businessman and has put money into the club," said Giles.

"There could be another multi-millionaire waiting in the wings, but would they get involved with
Cardiff
after these events?

"I doubt it very much and it worries me that it looks like only two people - Sam Hammam and Peter Ridsdale - are running the club, instead of a six or seven-strong board."
