Matches will be played weekend 2nd/3rd April. Venues to be announced.

UPDATE: Rhyl v TNS will be played at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground on April 3rd while the other semi-final between Carmarthen Town and Haverfordwest County will be played at Llanelli's Stebonheath Park on April 2nd.
