Swansea City lifted the FAW Premier Cup for the first time in their history with a historic 2-1 win over north Wales side Wrexham - the side they will replace in League One next season - in the last ever game at the Vetch Field.

Wrexham took the lead in the second half, and should have won the game, dominating for long periods of time, but Swansea on a high after winning promotion to League One on Saturday came from behind to score two goals in the last twenty minutes to bow out of the Vetch on a high.

It was a fitting end to the career of the Vetch as home of football in Swansea as Kenny Jackett's side move to the new 20,000 seater stadium in Morfa.

Glorious scenes at the end of the game, saw a massive pitch invasion by the Swansea fans as they celebrate their promotion, the Premier Cup win and say goodbye to the Vetch Field.
