The squad met up at the Vale of Glamorgan hotel on Sunday afternoon ahead of the trip to Sarajevo. The match will be played at the Asim Ferhatovic-Hase Stadium.
Wayne Hennessy has been withdrawn through injury and a replacement should be named later today (Monday).
Christian Ribeiro of Bristol City has a slight groin injury and is replaced by club team-mate, James Wilson.
