Delaney Targets Birmingham Return

Former Cardiff City player Mark Delaney is set to return for Aston Villa after being sidelined for five weeks with a knew injury.

Delaney has set himself the target of making the Midlands derby against Birmingham as his comeback, with the hope of possibly being included in John Toshack’s Wales squad for their all important double-header with Austria..

"I'm looking to join in training this week. I'm aiming for the Birmingham game and being able to get in a reserve match beforehand," he said.
