Firstly Swansea play Bournemouth at The Liberty on Saturday. Victory for the Swans coupled with a defeat for Doncaster who are away at Huddersfield, will confirm Swansea's promotion to the Championship and a likely double header with Cardiff next season.
For Cardiff City it's a trip to Wembley on Sunday to face Barnsley for the right to compete in the FA Cup final. The semi final kicks off at 4pm and it's the first time Cardiff have gone to Wembley since 1927.
