Slovenia Coming to Swansea

Wales have confirmed a friendly match against Slovenia to be held at the new stadium in Swansea in August.

With Wales facing four internationals in the space of six weeks and Slovenia should provide a good test for John Toshack's side before World Cup qualifiers against Group 6 opponents England, Poland, Northern Ireland and Azerbaijan. .

It is understood the FAW has also requested an Under-21 game against Slovenia for 16 August.
