Ryan Giggs is set to play an away friendly for the first time for Wales while there are no places for Robbie Savage or John Oster.
Tosh has named four keepers and they are all in the lower divisions.
"We have problems in this department," Toshack said.
"Danny Coyne may not be fit even for the start of next season because of his knee problem, and we need to see what other goalkeepers we have around."
Regarding Giggs Toshack said "I have had a long chat with Ryan. He understands how important these build-up games are us in relation to the European qualifiers next season.
"He has said he is looking forward to the trip."
