Toshack names squad for friendly international with Norway

Gabbidon and Bellamy both returned from injury in a West Ham reserve game last week and both are likely to see more action this week as West Ham have another reserve game and two Premier League games before the Wesh squad meet up.

West Ham are kee to have them playing regular football again so there's a good chance they'll see action with Wales. James Collins though is out. He crocked himelf in the same reserve game last week and is likely to miss the rest of the season with a knee injury.

"West Ham have assured us all they need is competitive matches to get their fitness back, and we will hope that by the time the Norway game comes around they will have played another match or two," said John Toshack.

"West Ham have another reserve game this week and two league matches before we all meet up on Sunday."

On the loss of James Collins Tosh said, "It is a bitter blow for us.

"James was coming back from injury and suffered a really bad new problem. We are disappointed and he is distraught."

There is a recall for Craig Davies. The Oldham striker has missed the last 18 months as he was serving a 5 competetive match ban for a sending off in an U21 international.
