Ryan Giggs lines up a first half free kick
Wales and Bulgaria fought out a decent game in Swansea with chances at both ends. It was an encouraging Welsh performance with a strong team taking the field.

Wales started with Ryan Giggs, Craig Bellamy, Simon Davies and Danny Gabbidon in the team and for the first hour they stuck together before several substitutions in the final 30 mins.

The best chance of the game fell to David Vuaghan who headed wide late on with the goal gaping.
