Date: Wednesday, 28 March Kick-off: 2000 BST Venue: Millennium Stadium, Cardiff Listen: BBC Sport website, BBC Radio Wales & Radio Cymru Updates: BBC Sport website and mobile Wales striker Craig Bellamy has been passed fit for Wednesday's Euro 2008 qualifier with San Marino in Cardiff. The Liverpool striker missed training on Monday with an ankle injury, but is now clear to start in attack where he will probably partner Jermaine Easter. The Wycombe striker, 25, is tipped to make his full Wales debut after winning his first two caps as a substitute. Jason Koumas, available after a ban, is set to return after a scan on a foot injury showed no substantial damage. But fellow midfielder Carl Robinson is suspended after picking up a yellow card at Croke Park and has already left the squad and headed back to his new club, Toronto. Norwich striker Robert Earnshaw, plus defenders Danny Gabbidon and Mark Delaney remain long-term injuries.
Bellamy collided with Republic of Ireland goalkeeper Shay Given in Wales' 1-0 loss in Dublin on Saturday, but the injury has responded well to treatment. The lack of a cutting edge was one of Toshack's major concerns in Ireland, prompting the manager to hint that Easter could come in to partner Bellamy, with Ryan Giggs moving to the left wing. Toshack said: "We are very short of options up front, and we are looking to give Jermaine his chance." Toshack's inexperienced team also struggled with a 5-3-2 formation in Dublin that had James Collins in the unfamiliar role of sweeper. "We were short of several injured players who could have made a difference," said the Wales boss. "I believe the tactics and system were right considering what we had available, but I did not expect such a poor first-half performance. "We must, though, be positive. We will have Jason Koumas back from suspension on Wednesday and we certainly missed his creativity in midfield." Wales are expected to return to a 4-4-2 formation against San Marino at the Millennium Stadium and Collins could be the man to miss out, despite playing his club football for Premiership side West Ham. Wrexham's Steve Evans impressed in Dublin and is tipped to continue his partnership with Lewin Nyatanga at centre-back, with Sam Ricketts and Gareth Bale remaining at full-back.
