Darlington to join Bluebirds

Watford Town defender Jermaine Darlington has agreed a transfer to Championship rivals Cardiff City subject a medical.

The 30-year-old former QPR and MK Dons player will move to south Wales on a free transfer.

Darlington will join Neil Cox (also from Watford) who also to the Bluebirds, as well as Dutch U-21 defender Glenn Loovens on a one-year loan, while Dave Jones is also expected to recruit Jamie McCunnie.
