Smith praise for Mackin

Wrexham boss Denis Smith praised trainee Levi Mackin for his equaliser in his side's 2-2 draw at Hereford United - however insisted it was about time the youngster delivered his promise.

"Levi was awful at Colwyn Bay so he needed to come on and show something," Smith said.

"We wouldn't keep persevering with him if we didn't think he was any good - these games are an opportunity for all the players to get a run-out."
