Following last night's easy 4-0 win over Colwyn Bay, Wrexham boss had this to say about his players.
"Maybe one or two of them thought that by leaving a few players behind, I wasn't taking this match seriously. Well they were wrong.
"There was a definite improvement after the break, but then those players coming on at half-time will have heard what I said in the dressing room at the break.
"I know it was hot to start with, but we only played it at walking pace. I came here to work this evening and I expect my players to do the same.
"But with three teenage scorers, plus Walters and McEvilly looking good, there was still plenty to be taken from this game."
