The fans' group were due to take control on July 1, but the handover was delayed as it was not sanctioned by former owner Brendan Elwood.
However, the deal has been sorted out after talks between the lawyers of the Trust and current owners Cheshire Sport and the fans are now in control of the club who were relegated from League One last season.
