Rotherham have completed the signing of former Swansea City goalkeeper Neil Cutler from League two side Stockport County. Cutler, who finished bottom of League One with Stockport last season, said:"It's been difficult at Stockport following relegation and several players leaving the club. "So it's nice to be with a big club again, and last season's relegation hasn't put me off Rotherham at all."
